Hello, I am Geoffrey Duggan, An independent architectural / residential designer. You probably reached this web site by being directed to it as a potential client. This web site is an internet resume provided to introduce you to me, provide you with my resume', and allow me to present a portfolio of my designs.

Perhaps my presentations are not very flashy. No 3D fly-thrus, No photo quality renderings, That is not the goal or purpose of my designs and drawings. Rather I concentrate on excellently designed living spaces, elevations, siting, and structure in a detailed drawing that will pass permit review and convey the construction techniques and specifications to the contractor and trades. After all is that not the real reason for a set of building plans?

Whether you need plans for a new model home, custom home, townhouse, or addition, I have the experience and creativity to deliver a solid and aesthetically pleasing design.

My experience in construction methods covers a wide range of materials; light frame wood, concrete masonry, foam block, solid pour concrete, timber frame, wood truss, and conventional frame. I am always willing to research a new material or method, and coordinate with suppliers and trades.

My plans and designs are more than a floor plan and elevations. My plans are integrated structurally and aesthetically. My plans reflect the enviroment and setting for the project. I put my heart and soul into my designs so that you will have the best design for your location and lifestyle.

I am currently accepting custom design projects in the Central and North Florida areas for $1.25 / square foot, and in South Florida for $3.00 / square foot.

You may also purchase Plans from my Archive at the price listed. The Archive Plans are architectural only, no structural are included, and are intended to be fulfilled by an Engineer for the Codes in your area.
